Umucyo Catalog AI supports the preparation and review of procurement catalog records. Its workflows cover commodity fields, item cleanup, reclassification, duplicate search, and the registration of new items.

## From a description to a reviewed record.

A new-item workflow takes a description through clarifications, commodity selection, attribute review, and wording. A contracting authority reviews the submission before it becomes a published catalog item. AI suggestions remain part of a reviewable process.
